Each storefront is researched, built, branded and put into trade before it is offered for sale, and it is sold once, to one verified buyer, with the domain, accounts and supplier pipeline transferred in the same handover.
How the operation runs
One seller, not a noticeboard
Every business on this site is built and owned by us before it is listed. We are not brokering someone else's asset, so there is no second party to hide behind and no variation in what a handover contains.
Masked until verified
A public listing shows the shape of the business, never its domain or brand. Domains are what get cloned, so they are released in the data room rather than on the card.
Read by a person
Applications are read individually, in order. The check is whether a buyer can actually run the operation, not whether a form was completed quickly.
Evidence before payment
Analytics, search performance, revenue history and the asset inventory are all in the data room, so the decision is made against records rather than a sales page.

BuyABuild is the trading name. Collinghamco is the legal entity, registered in England & Wales, and it is the seller on every invoice, every payment receipt and every handover document. Correspondence about a listing, an application or a completed sale goes to the same place and reaches a person.
